O presidente Sibá Machado (PT-AC) propõe que não se vote hoje coisa alguma ali.
Depois de ouvir a sugestão de Sibá, o espalhafatoso senador Wellington Salgado deu piti: disse que largará a relatoria do Caso Renan se o Conselho recusar votar o relatório do enfermo Epitácio Cafeteira (PTB-MA) com um aditivo de autoria dele.
O Senador Salgado ostenta uma insólita cabeleira (veja a foto), mas é mais conhecido por suas extravagantes posições: disse que se sentia constrangido ao fazer xixi, pois cada vez que vertia urina, gastava 5 litros de água para se livrar do xixi. Mas o cúmulo ocorreu na CPI do apagão aéreo: sugeriu a reconstituição do acidente com o avião da Gol.
E mais um pormenor: assim como o presidente do Conselho, Wellington Salgado não tem um voto. É suplente de Hélio Costa, atual ministro das comunicações.

Ontem, também assistindo pela TV Senado a tal reunião do Conselho de Ética (por sinal é um colegiado sem graça, sem regras, sem educação e, diria mais, sem legitimidade), tive várias idéias. Uma delas é fácil de resolver: levar a transmissão da TV Senado para a cozinha. Assim, não serei a única a assistir as constrangedoras sessões. Comigo estarão o moço que entrega água, a moça que trata do alimento, o motorista e o limpador da piscina. Poderíamos compor um auditório, com direito a debates (mais educados e substanciais)e, quem sabe, ao final, absolver ou condenar quem estivesse sendo objeto de investigação. Pode parecer gozação, mas não é. É uma forma de dividir preocupações e idéias com o povo daqui de casa. Todos votam.
Voltando à sessão de ontem: O Zé Colméia e o Catatau viraram a casaca. Acho que a bancada do Acre chamou o Sibá e recomendou a mudança. Deve ter lhe convencido que a vaidade e a obediência servil poderiam lhe jogar no fosso, ou na fossa. O homem capitulou. Menos mal.
O João Grandão que, a exemplo do Catatau, não tem representação popular nenhuma, aproveitou a deixa e, pensando mais no seu xixi, no seu cabelo e na reconstituição do acidente da Gol, também jogou a toalha.
Vamos esperar a próxima reunião, sempre sem esquecer o respeito às exceções.

Pois é, eu as vezes ria e me constrangia com o comportamento de alguns dos ilustres membros do conselho. O Gilvam Borges (AP) e o Almeida Lima (PB), por exemplo, estão fazendo concorrência desleal para com os verdadeiros humoristas.
Mas foi constrangedor ouvir o G. Borges começar uma frase assim: "Não trata-se...". Doeu meus tímpanos. O cidadão nunca estudou próclise? O Almeida Lima parecia um marionete, gesticulando e falando, num discurso mais sincero e verdadeiro que uma nota de 3 reais. E o Zé Colméia, no final? Deu um show de histrionismo, falando do enfermo Cafeteira, como se esse fosse uma sumidade. Bom, chorei e ri. Foi uma tarde histórica.

Realmente aquela sessão de ontem no Conselho de Ética foi uma verdadeira ZORRA TOTAL, o Senador ALMEIDA LIMA (SE), não (PB), os paraibanos podem ficar com raiva, estava agindo como um verdadeiro Advogado do Senador Renan Calheiros, querendo explicar o inexplicável, como diz um grande amigo que tenho(Juiz de Direito), é a mesma situação de se ver "batom da cueca", qual a justificativa.
Não tenho dúvidas que se o quarto Poder (IMPRENSA) não tivesse denunciado, nada disse estaria acontecendo. Todos os 81 senadores sabem que o tráfico de influência corre em todos os corredores do Congresso Nacional, que sua grande maioria se beneficiam de favores em troca de outros (indicações, emendas, cargos, etc.,), é lamentável o nível do nosso parlamento, e pensar que um dia (2004) quis ser vereador, graças a Deus não fui eleito, política nunca mais!!!!!!!!
